Ms. Akansha Dhingra is a Practicing Company Secretary and a law graduate as well. She has also completed her post graduate degree from IGNOU. She is associated with the profession of Company Secretaries for around 5 years and she is presently practicing as a Company Secretary and Taxation Consultant.

At Actus, Ms. Dhingra assists the Firm in handling complex assignments of GST, Taxation, Issues relating to the affairs of the Company including Corporate ones, Securities, FEMA Laws and FSSAI issues relating with the registration of the StartUps and its functioning, and matters relating with the Food and Beverage services.

Apart from the above, Ms. Dhingra regularly appears before various Quasi-Judicial Authorities and Tribunals. She possess immense knowledge and exposure relating to the legal compliances followed by the Companies/LLP/Startups and other sectors. She has played a key role in the strategic growth of all the organizations handled by her.

Additionally, Ms. Dhingra was also awarded as the Best Presenter Group Award at 274th MSOP of NIRC-ICSI. Needless to say, that Ms. Dhingra is a true art lover and also actively engaged in various social activities.
