Anuradha’s professional experience spans more than 9 years with leading law firms and a statutory regulatory authority. She is currently practicing as an independent legal consultant assisting clients her legal expertise in the TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) sector. She started her legal career working with a senior Supreme Court Lawyer doing public litigation work of huge significance. Later she got an opportunity to work with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, in its core department providing legal assistance. Prior to turning independent she worked with some top tier law firms in Delhi.

She is competent in handling legal issues and court procedures pertaining to regulatory and compliance matters of various governmental/non-governmental organizations with regard to telecommunication media and technology system.She advises various companies on variety of legal and regulatory matters, in obtaining the necessary licenses, registrations, approvals etc. She also assists leading TMT companies in setting-up operations in India; seeking foreign investment approvals from the Government, processing various license applications with the Ministry of Communications etc.

She is equally competent in handling court/legal matters and was responsible for all research, analysis and drafting on cases arising out of various regulations/ orders/ directions issued by TRAI. She has reviewed various recommendations and consultation papers on different subject matters including spectrum allocation and licensing matters which were issued by the Authority. Moreover, she has been very active in providing her legal assistance and opinions in matters pertaining to women rights, be it domestic violence cases under matrimonial disputes, protection of women at workplace from sexual harassment etc.

Before earning her law degree, she graduated with an Honors degree in Philosophy from Miranda House College, University of Delhi as one of the top rankers. In her free time, she enjoys listening music, reading of books, Painting and Travelling.
